The primary aim is to examine how intentional partnerships between parents and Teachers, rooted in biblical theology and African communal values, can foster resilient, morally grounded spiritual identities among youth in a pluralistic, post-colonial African context. Utilizing qualitative content analysis, the study systematically reviews theological, educational, and cultural literature to identify recurring patterns and models of collaborative Christ spiritual development. Findings highlight the cultural and theological significance of shared responsibility in adolescent development, particularly within African societies where child-rearing is inherently communal.
